Jiajia focuses on water treatment and the natural patterns within it, specifically using calcium carbonate (CaCO3) to enhance drinking water. This project highlights the importance of water treatment in daily life and encourages a reevaluation of the connection to nature. By combining recycled calcium carbonate with fishing wire, she creates an installation that invites reflection on our relationship with aquatic life. Her art transforms familiar spaces, blurring the lines between natural and artificial.
